How to Make It

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Lightly grease a mini muffin tin with cooking spray or butter. Add three pepperoni slices to each mini muffin cup.

Step 2

Divide the pizza sauce between the pepperoni cups. Add one mozzarella ball to each cup. Sprinkle with dried oregano.

Step 3

Optionally, top with sliced olives or sprinkle with some fresh or dried basil. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the cheese melts. Remove from the oven and cool for a few minutes before removing them from the pan.

Step 4

Transfer to serving plates. Garnish with some freshly chopped parsley. Serve immediately. Enjoy!

  • Low carb pizza sauce, – 170 g
  • Oregano, dried – 0.5 tsp
