How to Make It

Step 1

In a pan the size of your two eggs, heat the olive oil over medium-low heat. Crack the two eggs into the pan and sprinkle the remaining seasonings over them. Let the eggs sit in the hot oil to start cooking.

Step 2

Fry the eggs to your preferred doneness. For medium-fried eggs, about 6 minutes will do. You can also break the whites in the pan to cook the egg faster or to lesser doneness.

Step 3

Enjoy the eggs runny. You should not need to add any more turmeric, but you can add more black pepper at your discretion. Pair with your other favorite Carb Manager breakfast recipes.
