How to Make It
Step 1
Prepare the tomato by cutting off the top and slicing the tomato into ¼” slices. To do so, make sure your knife is sharp. Then cut it into a small dice.
Step 2
Cut the red onion into a fine dice. Add in the chopped parsley, kosher salt, and vinegar. Stir well. Taste and adjust, adding more salt if desired.
