Embarking on the low-carb journey as a beginner can be both exciting and challenging. This baby iceberg sandwich emerges as a tasty solution, offering not only ease of preparation but also a satisfying crunch that makes it an ideal addition to the repertoire of quick and easy recipes.
Cut the baby iceberg in half. Spread your favorite condiments on the lettuce halves. We used truffle mayo and Dijon mustard, but feel free to use your preferred condiments.
Add the turkey and salami slices to one half and the cheese to the other half. Add slices of red onion and tomato. Season with freshly cracked pepper.
Place the other half of the baby iceberg on top, creating a "sandwich." Carefully cut it in half. Enjoy!
