Step 1

Place the cashews in a bowl and cover with boiling water. Soak overnight or up to 12 hours. Drain the water and rinse the cashews.

Step 2

Transfer the cashews to a high-power blender. Add the water, pumpkin puree, tahini, pumpkin pie spice, maple-flavored syrup, and salt. Blend for 2-3 minutes.

Step 3

Scrape off the sides of the blender. Blend for another 2-3 minutes until smooth. Taste the hummus and adjust the sweetness.

Step 4

Transfer the hummus to a serving plate. Swirl using the back of a spoon and garnish with a pinch of pumpkin spice

  • Cashews, raw – 0.75 cup, whole pieces
  • Boiling Water – 0.25 cup
  • 100% Pure Pumpkin – 0.75 cup
  • Tahini (sesame butter) – 3 tbsp
  • Pumpkin pie seasoning – 1 tsp
  • Pancake syrup, maple-flavored, sugar free – 3 tbsp
  • Salt – 1 dash
