  • 1\/2\u00a0teaspoon\u00a0Sukrin Fiber Syrup Gold<\/li>\n
  • 1\u00a0Tablespoon\u00a0lemon juice<\/li>\n
  • 1 1\/2\u00a0teaspoons\u00a0apple extract or vanilla extract<\/li>\n
  • 1\u00a0teaspoon\u00a0cinnamon<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Instructions<\/h3>\n

    • Slice zucchini into apple-like slices.<\/li>\n
    • Heat butter in skillet. Add zucchini slices and cook until tender.<\/li>\n
    • Mix remaining ingredients and add to zucchini. Sprinkle in xanthan or guar gum as needed to thicken. Cook and stir about 5 more minutes.<\/li>\n
    • Serve warm. Great with ice cream or whipped cream on top.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
