Add the almond milk and whipping cream to a medium saucepan. Mix to combine. Bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat. Remove the saucepan from the heat.

Chop the chocolate into smaller chunks. Add the chocolate to the saucepan. Gently stir until the chocolate melts completely.

Add the powdered sweetener, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and ginger. Stir all well. Taste and optionally add more sweetener or spices.

Transfer to serving cups or glasses. Optionally, garnish with some chocolate or ground cinnamon. Serve immediately.
