How to Make It
Step 1
Prepare your serving glasses or jars. Divide the mint leaves among two serving glasses. Pour half of the lime juice into each glass (1.5 tablespoons of juice per glass).
Step 2
Optionally, slice one lime and add a few lime slices to each glass for decoration. Pour in the coconut milk equally between the two glasses.
Step 3
Divide the ice between two glasses. Slowly pour in the seltzer. Garnish with extra mint and lime. Serve immediately!

Lemon Lime, Sparkling Seltzer Water 0.75 can
Lime juice, canned, bottled or boxed 3 tbsp
Mint Leaves 2 tbsp
