Gather your ingredients together and select a suitable drinking glass or sports bottle. We have used lime juice, but this can easily be subbed for lemon in the same quantities. Likewise, you may use an alternative low-carb sweetener if preferred.

Add the water and coconut water to your selected drinking vessel, then add the lime juice and the salt. Mix together well to combine, dissolving the salt into the coconut water.

Add the maple-flavored syrup to the electrolyte drink. Stir everything together until well combined. Taste and adjust the sweetness if desired to suit your personal taste, then serve immediately.
