This simple stir fry is packed with low carb veggies and tender beef strips, with a hint of tangy tamari sauce and earthy sesame oil.This is perfect for weeknight dinners when you are short on time.
How to Make It
Step 1
Slice the steak into thin strips. Heat the coconut oil in a frying pan over a medium heat and add the beef strips, cooking until browned all over.
Step 2
Slice the pepper, scallion, mushrooms and garlic and grate the ginger. Add to the pan along with the bean sprouts and fry for 4-5 minutes over a high heat until the vegetables are tender and the bean sprouts completely cooked through.
Step 3
Add the tamari and sesame oil and stir well to combine.
Step 4
Scatter with chopped fresh cilantro and sesame seeds to serve.
