How to Make It
Step 1
Roast bacon slices at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes, or until crispy. Remove from the oven and roughly shop the slices. Set aside and reduce the oven temperature to 325 degrees.
Step 2
Pour ½ cup of creamy peanut butter in a mixing bowl.
Step 3
Add the sweetener, egg, and baking soda to the bowl and mix together. Fold in the chopped bacon.
Step 4
Form into 10 balls and place them on a parchment covered baking sheet. Slightly flatten each of the balls.
Step 5
Place the sheet in the oven and bake for 12-14 minutes. Remove the cookies from the oven and allow to cool for 20 minutes before enjoying.
