This Mediterranean inspired sausage bake is packed with flavor from aromatic herbs to sweet balsamic vinegar and smokey paprika.
How to Make It
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375 F.
Step 2
Finely slice the peppers and quarter the onion and add to a shallow baking dish. Add the thyme, oregano and rosemary and drizzle with the balsamic vinegar and olive oil, then season with salt and pepper. Toss to combine.
Step 3
Nestle the sausages in between the herbs, vegetables and smoked paprika.
Step 4
Transfer to the oven to bake for 25-30 minutes until the vegetables are tender and the sausages are completely cooked through.
