How to Make It

Step 1

Add arugula to a plate and top with olive oil and sprinkle with a little salt for flavor.

Step 2

Fold the salami slices in half and shingle them side by side. Add to the plate next to the greens.

Step 3

Add the mozzarella balls and drizzle with a little olive oil, red pepper flakes and parsley. Add the olives in a small pile to the plate as well as the walnuts.

Step 4

Add a dollop of sour cream to the plate and enjoy!

Ingredients

  • Arugula – 1 cup, cut pieces
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil – 1 tablespoon
  • Dry Salami – 6 medium slice – 3 1/8″ diameter x 1/16″ – each 0.4 ounce
  • Pitted Kalamata Olives by Mezzetta – 8 olives
  • Mozzarella Cheese – 1 ounce
  • Walnuts – ¼ cup, chopped
  • Sour Cream – 2 tablespoon
  • Parsley – 1 tablespoon, chopped
  • Crushed Red Pepper Flakes by 365 – ⅛ tsp
  • Coarse Kosher Salt by Morton – ⅛ tsp
