The earthiness and deep flavor of cremini mushrooms can often speak for itself. However, a little enhancement from a few spices and some olive oil can turn this low-carb fungi into a scrumptious side dish! Serve these super garlicky mushrooms alongside chicken or beef. You can even turn your afternoon

How to Make It

Step 1

Preheat an oven to 325 degrees. Chop the mushrooms into bite sized pieces. Discard of the stems.

Step 2

In a bowl, gently combine the mushrooms, olive oil, and all the seasonings except for the rosemary.

Step 3

Line a sheet pan with foil and spray with pan spray. Spread the mushrooms evenly over the sheet tray. Place the rosemary in between the mushrooms evenly.

Step 4

Bake the mushrooms for 20 minutes in the oven, moving them around slightly half way through for even cooking. Serve hot!

  • Crimini Mushrooms – 1 pound
  • Garlic Raw – 2 clove
  • Olive Oil – 4 tablespoon
  • Salt – 1 teaspoon
  • Black Pepper – 1 tsp
  • Crushed Red Pepper by Simply Organic – ½ tsp
  • Rosemary Fresh – 1 tbsp
