How to Make It

Step 1

Obtain your ingredients and make sure of just a couple of things. Use a ripe avocado that isn’t too firm or dark green still. The softer flesh will be better for your smoothie. Make sure coconut oil is at room temperature so it blends into the smoothie easily. It’s recommended you use liquid stevia drops as opposed to another Keto sweetener.

Step 2

Combine all the ingredients into a blender. Blend the ingredients until they’re smooth. Taste and adjust the smoothie as needed, adding more sweetener or citrus juice.

Step 3

Blend your optional protein powder or ice cubes into the smoothie at your discretion. Pour the smoothie into a glass and the recipe is done! You can also split a single serving in half for two lower-carb drinks.
