If necessary, warm your tortilla beforehand to make it easier to roll later. Spread cream cheese across the tortilla, but leave a little space around the edges so the cream cheese doesn’t squeeze out the ends later. You can bring the cream cheese to room temperature to make it easier to spread too. Drizzle dijon mustard across the cream cheese.

Instead of cutting a cucumber, peel long strips from a whole cucumber using a vegetable peeler. You should need just 4-5 strips of cucumber for one serving. After weighing the strips of cucumber, lay them horizontally across the cream cheese on your tortilla.

Lay whole slices of deli-chicken breast on top of the cucumber. Cook two strips of bacon on your stove until they’re crispy in a skillet. Then, you can lay the crispy bacon on top of the chicken breast. Roll the tortilla up into a tight roll, then slice the tortilla into pinwheels.
