Melt the butter in a large skillet over a medium heat. Thinly slice the cabbage and the onion. Peel the garlic and thinly slice. Add the cabbage, onion and garlic to the skillet. Pan fry for 3-4 minutes to soften, stirring often.

Add the ground pork to the skillet and season everything with salt and pepper. Stir to combine. Pan fry until the pork is browned all over. Stir often, breaking the ground pork up as you go. You may add more salt and pepper as desired.
Step 3
Scatter the grated cheese over the top of the pork and cabbage. Stir well and pan fry for a few minutes more. The pork should be entirely cooked through, the cabbage tender and the cheese melted. Serve hot.
