This crockpot Keto beef recipe is simple to prepare then left to cook slowly in the crockpot until tender. Our low carb slow cooker recipe is prepared with diced stewing beef, onion, sesame oil, tangy tamari sauce, warming ground ginger, garlic powder, sweet maple-flavored syrup, rich beef stock, tender mushrooms, and broccoli. Perfect served with your favorite Keto Asian inspired sides.

How to Make It

Step 1

Add the diced beef to the crockpot. Sprinkle over the ginger, garlic powder, and black pepper. Drizzle over the lakanto syrup, sesame oil, and tamari sauce. Use your hands to mix well, coating the beef in the seasonings and flavorings.

Step 2

Thinly slice the onion. Add the beef stock to the crockpot along with the onion. Mix well to combine. Cover and set to cook on high for 3 hours.

Step 3

Thinly slice the mushrooms and dice the broccoli into bite-sized florets. Add the mushrooms and broccoli to the crockpot and stir well. Cover and cook for a further 45 minutes or until tender.
