This rich and creamy chia pudding is made with full fat coconut milk and flavored with chocolate and maple flavored syrup.
Add the coconut milk to a sealable jar or serving bowl. Add the cocoa powder, syrup and vanilla and whisk together until smooth.
Add the chia seeds and stir well to combine.
Set aside for 10 minutes then stir again. Cover and transfer to the fridge for 2 hours or preferably overnight to set.
Remove the chia pudding and stir well. Top with the toasted coconut flakes to serve.
