This flavorsome bake is loaded with juicy sausages, creamy cheese sauce and tender broccoli. This makes for a hearty and warming mid-week dinner. Perfect on its own, or served with a portion of our keto garlic bread.
How to Make It
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375 F.
Step 2
Heat the olive oil in a large pan over a medium/high heat. Add the sausages and cook until brown all over.
Step 3
Whilst the sausages are browning add the broccoli to a medium pan and cover with water. Simmer for 3-4 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside.
Step 4
Add the vegetable stock, cream, ½ cup grated cheddar and the nutmeg to a small saucepan over a low/medium heat. Simmer until thickened.
Step 5
Arrange the sausages and the broccoli in an oven proof dish and season with salt and pepper.
Step 6
Pour the cheese sauce over the broccoli and sausages and top with the remaining grated cheese.
Step 7
Bake for 20 minutes until golden and bubbling and the sausages are cooked through.
