Melt the butter in a small pan over a low heat. Add the black pepper and stir well to combine.

Peel the zucchini into long strips using a vegetable peeler and add to the pan with the melted butter along with the olive oil. Toss to combine, coating the zucchini in the fats and pepper.

Add the Parmesan and stir well until the zucchini is just tender and the cheese has melted. Serve immediately.
