Choose a tortilla that is either store-bought or homemade. If store-bought, it needs to be labeled specifically as ‘Keto’ or ‘Low Carb’. You can briefly warm the tortilla in a microwave if necessary so it’s more flexible for the end of the recipe.

Spread pesto sauce in a thin layer across the tortilla. Arrange whole basil leaves on top of the pesto sauce until it’s covered. Lay turkey slices flat over the pesto sauce and basil.
Step 3
Cut whole-milk mozzarella into medium-thick slices or wedges, then arrange them in a row along one side of your tortilla. Fold the tortilla over the mozzarella and turkey, then continue rolling the tortilla up into a tight roll. Slice the roll into 4-6 pinwheels, then enjoy.
