How to Make It

Step 1

Preheat an oven to 350 degrees. Meanwhile, bring the beef broth to a strong simmer in a small pot. Place your sliced roast beef in the hot broth.

Step 2

Let the beef cook until they’ve darkened in color and become loose. This should only take about 60 seconds.

Step 3

Turn off the heat. Prepare a Carb Manager Bagel by slicing it in half and placing the open-faced slices on a baking tray. Use a spoon to pour some or all of the beef broth in the pot onto the bagels. Use as much broth as you’d like without making the bagels soggy.

Step 4

Arrange the beef evenly on both bagel slices. Put an equal amount of cheese on top of both bagel slices as well. Then, bake the sandwich in your oven for about 3 minutes – just enough time for the cheese to melt.

Step 5

Close your sandwich and enjoy!
