Preheat an air fryer to 325 degrees and line a tray with parchment paper. Slice a 1-inch thick slice from the center of a cabbage head that weighs 8 ounces. Cut that slice into 2 half circles – this is 2 servings. Arrange the wedges on the lined tray and drizzle 2 tsp olive oil over each wedge. Sprinkle the seasoned salt, pepper, and garlic powder over the cabbage as well.
Step 2
Wrap 3 pieces of bacon around each cabbage wedges. Tuck the ends of the bacon strips either under the cabbage or under the strips themselves. Bake the wedges for 20 minutes, no flipping or rotating necessary.
Step 3
While the cabbage wedges are in the air fryer, make the tangy sauce. Whisk together the remaining ingredients. Additionally, whisk into the sauce a pinch each of salt, pepper, and onion powder. Add in any other seasonings you may like to the sauce. You can serve the sauce warm (microwaved for 10 seconds) and drizzled over the finished cabbage wedges or serve on the side.
