Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Wash and pat dry the Brussels sprouts. Wrap each with one slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick. Place them on the prepared baking tray.
Season the wrapped Brussels sprouts with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Optionally, add some other herbs or spices of your choice.
