How to Make It

Step 1

Zest and juice one of the limes and finely chop the garlic. Add the olive oil, lime zest, lime juice, garlic, keto maple syrup, red chili powder, ground cumin, smoked paprika, dried oregano, kosher salt and ground black pepper to a medium bowl. Whisk to combine and set aside.

Step 2

Pour the chili lime marinade over your chicken thighs. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours.

Step 3

Place a medium size pan on medium heat. Grill the chicken thighs for about 5 mins on each side until charred.

Step 4

Garnish with fresh coriander and lime wedges from the remaining lime. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
