Finely slice the cabbage and fennel and add to a mixing bowl. Finely chop the cranberries and walnuts and add to the chopped vegetables, tossing to combine.
Step 2
Add the cream and mayo to another bowl along with the vinegar, salt and pepper. Stir well to combine.
Step 3
Stir the dressing into the vegetable mixture, coating everything well in creamy mayo. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
