How to Make It

Step 1

Wash the mushrooms in plenty of water to rinse any dirt off.

Step 2

Slice the stems from the mushrooms and cut them into quarters. Place them into a mixing bowl.

Step 3

Combine the dressing ingredients which include the vinegar, olive oil and salt.

Step 4

Add the rest of the ingredients on top of the mushrooms and give the mixture a good toss.

Step 5

Taste the mushrooms adding more vinegar or sea salt as desired.

  • Baby Bella Mushrooms – 1 lb
  • Dill weed, fresh – 1 tbsp
  • Chives Fresh Or Raw Herb – 1 tbsp chopped
  • Thyme, fresh – 1 tbsp
  • Balsamic vinegar – 1.5 tbsp
  • Extra virgin olive oil – 3 tbsp
  • Salt, sea salt – 0.5 tsp
