How to Make It

Step 1

On a clean surface, lay down 3 slices of turkey and spread a teaspoon of dressing across each one. Arrange shaved parmesan over each slice of turkey as well.

Step 2

Arrange a ½ oz of green leaf lettuce at the base of each turkey slice. You can tear the lettuce so they don’t extend far past the turkey slices. Roll up each slice of turkey for serving.
