In a bowl, mix together the tuna with mayo, dijon, salt, pepper, celery seed, and chopped green onion.
Step 2
Slice roma tomatoes into approx. ½-inch slices (3 slices per serving) and arrange on a serving plate. Place a ¼-slice of swiss cheese on top of each tomato slice.
Step 3
Place about 2 teaspoons of tuna salad atop each tomato topper. Use the measuring spoon to gently press the tuna salad into place.
