Heat the olive oil in a skillet over a medium heat and add the pancetta. Cook through until golden.

Whilst the pancetta cooks, crack the eggs into a mixing bowl and flake in the tuna. Season with pepper and beat together to combine.
Step 3
Pour the beaten egg mixture into the skillet and leave to settle, then scramble with a wooden spoon until cooked through. Roughly chop the basil into the eggs and stir through to serve.
