Add the butter to a mixing bowl and bring it up to room temperature so that it is soft and mixable.

Finely chop the tomato, basil and olives and add to the bowl with the butter. Mix everything together well to combine, dispersing the seasonings throughout the butter evenly.

Lay out a square of saran wrap or baking paper. Spoon the butter along the center and roughly create a sausage shape with your hands.
Step 4
Bring the edges of the paper or the wrap around the butter, wrapping it tightly in a sausage shape. Tightly twist the ends of the paper/wrap to seal. Transfer to the fridge to firm up for 20 minutes.
