Thinly slice the beef tomato. Thinly slice the cherry tomatoes. Arrange the sliced tomatoes across a serving plate, mixing them together.

Thinly slice the onion. Arrange the onion in amongst the sliced tomatoes. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Roughly chop the capers. Scatter the chopped capers over the tomato salad. Drizzle over the olive oil. Leave the salad to stand for 10 minutes before serving.
