Have a Carb Manager Tart Dough full recipe prepared.Preheat an oven to 350 degrees. Divide the cold dough into 24, ¼-ounce balls. Place the tart dough balls in a 24-count mini-cupcake pan lined with pan spray. Use your thumb to press down the center of each dough ball.

Bake the tart dough discs for 18-20 minutes. You’ll have golden baked edges and a crisp bite with a flaky inside. Set the baked discs aside to cool.

Once the baked tart dough has cooled, melt the chocolate over a double boiler. Once the chocolate is melted, transfer it to a piping bag or a ziploc bag.
Step 4
Cut the corner of your piping bag, and drizzle chocolate over the tops of the thumbprint tart dough discs. Let the chocolate cool before eating.
