Preheat your oven to 400F/200C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Cut each tomato into six slices. Transfer all 12 slices to the baking sheet.

Top each slice with mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Chop the basil and sprinkle it on top. Drizzle lightly with olive oil.

Bake for 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Turn off the oven and broil for 2-3 minutes to brown the cheese. Serve immediately!
