This easy Keto Thanksgiving ham is glazed in a flavorsome low carb maple and orange syrup, then oven-baked until tender and caramelized. This low carb Thanksgiving recipe is quick to prepare with minimal fuss making it perfect for stress-free holiday dining. This makes a great Keto Thanksgiving main served alongside your favorite low carb sides.

How to Make It

Step 1

Add the maple-flavored syrup, orange juice, balsamic vinegar, cinnamon, and cloves to a small mixing bowl. Mix together until smooth and well combined. You may adjust the level of spices and seasonings as desired to suit your personal taste.

Step 2

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Sit the ham on an oven tray and brush all over with half the maple glaze. Loosely cover the ham with foil. Pour the stock into the oven tray. Transfer to the oven and bake for 1 hour.

Step 3

After an hour, remove the foil from the ham. Carefully score the fat with a sharp knife. Brush the ham all over with the remaining maple orange glaze. Return to the oven and cook for another 30 minutes uncovered, or until the ham is completely cooked through, golden brown and tender. Serve with your favorite Keto Thanksgiving sides.
