How to Make It

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and line a shallow oven tray with baking paper.

Step 2

Cut the cauliflower into florets and transfer to a mixing bowl.

Step 3

Add the tahini, oil, lemon juice, herbs and spices to a small mixing bowl and stir well to combine.

Step 4

Drizzle the tahini mixture over the cauliflower and toss to combine, coating the cauliflower in the marinade.

Step 5

Arrange the cauliflower across the lined shallow oven tray and transfer to the oven for 18-20 minutes or until tender and golden, turning halfway through.

  • Black Pepper – ⅛ teaspoon
