Chop and combine the zucchini, green beans, and bell pepper. Try to chop the vegetables so they are all equal thickness for even cooking.

Combine the vegetables with the olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, and italian seasoning.

Heat a large skillet on high heat. Then, toss in the veggie mixture. Cook the vegetables for about 5 minutes, giving an occasional stir, until they are tender.
