How to Make It

Step 1

Chop and combine the zucchini, green beans, and bell pepper. Try to chop the vegetables so they are all equal thickness for even cooking.

Step 2

Combine the vegetables with the olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, and italian seasoning.

Step 3

Heat a large skillet on high heat. Then, toss in the veggie mixture. Cook the vegetables for about 5 minutes, giving an occasional stir, until they are tender.

Step 4

Stir in the spinach and lemon juice. Continually stir for about 1 minutes or until the spinach is wilted.
