Slice the radishes into halves discarding the tops and tips. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over a medium heat and add the radishes. Pan fry for 5-6 minutes until fork tender.

Add the chili flakes, sesame oil, syrup, sesame seeds, salt and pepper. Finely chop the scallion and add to the skillet.

Stir to combine and cook for a minute more or until the radishes are tender and golden.
