Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Roughly chop the chorizo into bite-sized chunks. Arrange the tomatoes, whole, in a medium-sized oven dish with the diced chorizo.

Nestle the chicken drumsticks in amongst the tomatoes and chorizo. Finely chop the rosemary. Sprinkle the rosemary, paprika, garlic powder, lemon zest, salt, and pepper over the chicken, tomato, and chorizo. Drizzle over the olive oil.

Transfer the tray to the oven. Bake for 35-40 minutes until the chicken is completely cooked through and the skin is crisp and golden. Baste the chicken with the chorizo pan juices halfway through cooking. Serve hot over your favorite Keto sides.
