This oozy, hot broccoli bake is loaded with flavor from sweet shallot, aromatic garlic, creamy cheese, smoky paprika and tangy cheddar.This makes a great sharing dip or decadent side.
How to Make It
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 2
Chop the broccoli florets into small bite sized chunks and arrange in a small oven proof dish.
Step 3
Finely chop the shallot and garlic and scatter over the broccoli.
Step 4
Add the cream cheese to a mixing bowl along with the mayonnaise, lemon juice, paprika, salt and pepper. Mix together to combine.
Step 5
Spoon the cream cheese and mayo mixture over the broccoli and scatter over the cheese. Stir well to combine. Transfer to the oven to bake for 18-20 minutes until golden and bubbling.
