Tear the salmon into strips. Arrange the salmon strips across a sharing board or platter along with the arugula. Wash the radishes and thinly slice. Arrange them in and around the salmon.

Roughly chop the fresh dill. Scatter the dill over the salmon and vegetables. Dot the cream cheese at random intervals over the salmon platter.
Step 3
Season the salmon, vegetables and cheese with a pinch of black pepper. Drizzle over the lemon juice and olive oil. Serve immediately.
