How to Make It

Step 1

Add the zucchini noodles to a medium saucepan. Set over a medium heat. Add the shrimp, salt and pepper and stir through the noodles.

Step 2

Add the Keto spicy pepper pesto sauce. Stir well to combine, coating the zucchini and shrimp in the sauce. Heat through for 6-7 minutes or until the shrimp are piping hot through and the zucchini noodles are just tender. You do not want to overcook the zucchini as it will release too much liquid.

Step 3

Divide the pasta between two serving bowls. Top the pasta with the parmesan shavings. Optionally you can scatter over a few more dried chili flakes for extra heat. Serve hot with your preferred Keto sides.
