This dish is so easy to make and very versatile. You could serve the shrimp with zucchini noodles or with mashed cauliflower like is pictured here. If anything, all you have to do is toss the shrimp in some butter and seasonings and your 12 minutes from dinnertime! Not to mention hardly any clean-up! Disclaimer:Salt is a pantry staple, thus it is not counted as part of the 5 ingredients.

How to Make It

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 F. Mince garlic, chop parsley and slice the lemon.

Step 2

Melt butter in a small bowl, then add in chopped parsley, minced garlic and salt.

Step 3

Place shrimp on a small sheet tray, pour butter mixture over shrimp and toss to coat.

Step 4

Top with a few lemon slices. Bake for 10-12 minutes until shrimp are pink and cooked.

Step 5

Serve with favorite low carb side like zucchini noodles or mashed cauliflower!

  • Salted Butter – ½ cup
  • Parsley – 1 tbsp
  • Kosher Salt – ¾ teaspoon
  • Lemon – ½ fruit
  • Garlic – 3 clove
