Using a clear bowl (if possible), add the lettuce to the bottom.

Then add the sliced celery stalks. If the stalks are relatively wide, slice them in half lengthwise before cutting them so the pieces are smaller.

Then add peas evenly on top. You can allow the peas to thaw at room temperature before using; if not, quickly microwave them in increments of 30 seconds until cold but not frozen.

Then add the mayo. You can use store-bought mayo, but feel free to use homemade mayo using a Keto-friendly oil. Top the mayo with sweetener evenly.

Then add on the sharp cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon. Wrap and chill until ready to serve.
