Finely slice the cabbage and add to a mixing bowl along with the red onion.
Add the mayonnaise, sesame oil, soy sauce and lime zest. Mix everything together well to combine.
Add the shrimp to a mixing bowl along with the lime juice and sesame seeds. Stir well to combine.
Divide the slaw mixture evenly between the two lettuce leaves.
Top with the sesame shrimp.
Scatter with fresh cilantro to serve.
