Roughly dice the avocado and celery and thinly slice the radishes and scallions. Add to a large serving bowl along with the spinach and cilantro. Toss to combine.

Quarter the eggs and arrange in amongst the salad.

Whisk together the olive oil, sesame oil, tahini, chili flakes, tamari sauce and lime juice.

Drizzle the dressing over the salad and scatter with the toasted sesame seeds to serve.
