Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Add the ground pork to a large mixing bowl with the garlic powder, salt and pepper. Finely chop the sage and add to the bowl. Use your hands to mix everything together until well combined.

Divide the pork mixture evenly into four portions. Roll each portion into a sausage shape roughly 1 inch thick. Arrange the sausages across a clean work surface.

Take a piece of prosciutto and wrap it tightly around one of the sausages on a diagonal. Repeat this process with the remaining sausages using up all the prosciutto. The sausages should be well covered.
Step 4
Transfer to the oven and bake for 18-22 minutes or until completely cooked through. The prosciutto should be crisp and golden. Serve the sausages with your preferred Keto sides.
