Heat the olive oil in a pan over a medium/high heat. Add the sausages and cook through completely. Set aside.

Preheat the oven to 380 degrees Fahrenheit.

Divide the dough evenly into four portions and roll into 4 circles about a half cm thick.

Spread a tablespoon of the tomatoes across one side of each dough base, leaving a 1 cm gap around the edges.
Step 5
Crumble the mozzarella and sausages and divide equally between the four bases. Scatter with the fresh basil.
Step 6
Fold the empty half of the dough over the filling and pinch the edges shut, sealing the filling tightly inside.
Step 7
Pierce the tops of the dough with a knife then transfer to the oven to bake for 15-18 minutes or until completely cooked through and golden brown all over.
