Roughly tear the lettuce, thinly slice the onion and bell pepper, dice the avocado and roughly chop the cucumber. Add to a large serving bowl along with the capers, and tear in the fresh basil.

Flake in the salmon and season with salt and pepper.

Drizzle over the olive oil and lemon juice and toss to combine.
